Regina Celeste has a love for smooth lines when it comes to her work, an eye for detail and connecting with her clients.
Regina was introduced to the world of beauty at age 14 by British Hairdresser Anthony Mascolo. Dedicated to becoming a hairdresser herself, Regina Celeste found her career path in Los Angeles as a freelance hair and makeup artist for nearly a decade.
At age 27, she was signed by Los Angeles Hair and Makeup Agency Zenobia. Zenobia represents makeup and hair artists for advertising, editorial magazine work, music videos, feature films, and more.
In 2001 Regina opened her first salon specializing in hair color corrections; bringing overly blond clients into deeper and richer tones with dimensional color, fewer highlights than they previously had, and cooler tonal value. Natural-looking hair color is common practice now in salons. However, in 2001 bringing clients back to a more natural hair tone was uncommon, clients were requesting excessively blond foils every 10 weeks in the 90s.
Regina Celeste believes beautiful bright blond hair is an art in itself. However, as an artist, Regina believes many clients look best in more natural shades and prefer the upkeep of dimensional hair color rather than heavy foils which oppose their natural tone and demand touchups every 4-10 weeks.
In 2009 Regina Celeste met and trained with celebrity hairstylist ‘Orbie’ who took an interest in her work … “Regina, you create beautiful hair! Your work is sublime”.
After her conversations with Orbie, she opened up her scheduled time by 15 minutes per service, and never thought twice about booking corrective colors and overall color changes for clients that lasted 6 -7 hours.
In 2010 Regina was licensed as a Permanent Makeup artist. After decades in the beauty industry, Regina Celeste saw that tattoos (permanent makeup) offered answers for her clients who wanted professional-looking eyebrows, scar camouflage, and lasting eyeliner all day without smudging.

** Regina Celestes Training Classes Are Private. Regina does not offer online paid training or instruction online. All classes are in person and private. 1-4 students per class.
