Enhance your eyebrows.

Eyebrow Trends Today

If you are a client with sparse to non-existent eyebrows a new design will shape the eye nicely and virtually eliminate daily maintenance saving you time and frustration.

Each tattoo technique has its own individual characteristics and beautiful outcome.

Microblading is the most natural looking technique available today. Microblading is done by tattooing super fine lines throughout your entire brow to look like natural hairs. It can be used as a way to fill out super sparse brows, or add extra oomph for an even fuller look.

Soft Powder-Fill / Micro-Shading is the classic Bella Hadid and Elizabeth Taylor look. This tattoo technique never goes out of style. This powdery finish is more indelible with longer staying power while delivering a soft classic powdery type finish.

Ombrè Brow is the best of both techniques. We blend super fine hair strokes starting in the forward of your eyebrow, adding more emphasis on the arch with Micro-Shading, then finishing with a slightly richer pigment in the brow tail…beautifully blended.

Eyelash Enhancement is created with a soft shading technique nestled between your natural eyelashes, using a moderate to dark pigment. This technique will give you the appearance of darker, fuller/denser eyelashes and one of the most natural of enhancements possible.

**One complimentary touchup is included  4-6 weeks following your initial procedure.

Signature Eyeliner each eyeliner service begins with a natural-looking Eyelash Enhancement procedure at no extra cost.

Your permanent eyeliner can be created with a single tone such as black and advanced techniques, using multiple colors, tri-toned and graduated color, to achieve a beautiful natural look or a professional airbrushed effect that truly pops.

Enhance your lips.

Lip Blushing Options

Lip Blushing our most requested Full Lip Enhancement is lip blushing.

This technique involves a combination of lip colors blended to enhance a natural blush without lip liner which allows our clients to simply apply sheer lip gloss to achieve an incredible look with ease.

Lip Blushing gives our clients the benefit of attractive lip color to match their complexion without any time-consuming reapplication of lip color efforts during the day.

Dark Lip Neutralization

This advanced lip-blushing technique is growing in popularity, with more ethnic clients requesting this procedure. Hyperpigmentation on the lips can be neutralized, dark lip tissue requires specific pigment colors, tools, and techniques in order to successfully neutralize the lip.

If you love Indelible Lip Power and feel your beauty mark of choice may be your Lips, Regina Celeste will ensure Powerful Color and Natural, symbiotic perfection!

Lip Liner

Your lip line produces a natural boundary that defines the shape of your lips. Often times, this boundary is not as symmetric as people would like. For this service, exceptional techniques are used to blend a natural and harmonious design to create symmetry for the client’s lips. This procedure can be done on its own or in combination with permanent lip shading.

Celebrate Your Uniqueness

You’re uniquely you. And uniqueness can mean so much to people. But to some, it has an impact on how we think the world sees us. Regardless, we offer solutions to help enhance, repair, and restore whatever you think may need some extra attention.

We’re both sensitive and supportive of these issues.

Please contact us for a confidential free consultation.

Scar Camouflage can create a dramatic reduction in the appearance of scars, regardless of severity. Tattoo pigment works in tandem with the needling to reduce the visibility of the scar allowing it blend it with the rest of the skin. Beginning with a consultation, the process is then customized to your needs and desires.

Areola Restoration is most common for women who have undergone a complete mastectomy. Common requests include enlarging the areola size, adjusting the shape, for symmetry and adjusting the areola color.

  • Three days prior to your procedure - It is best to eat as clean as you can three days prior to your tattoo procedure.
Avoid foods which cause your body inflammation or any food containing allergens for your body.

  • Milk
    Wheat
    Peanuts
    Shell Fish
    Soy

Drink 8 cups of water each day prior to your service.
Avoid alcohol and caffeine 24 hours before your procedure.

Do not take Coumadin, aspirin, ibuprofen, niacin, fish oil or
vitamin E 3 days prior to procedure as these have been known to thin the blood, so while these products may be in your daily diet, please avoid them and/or anything which may make the blood a bit thinner.
**Please consult with your physician before stopping any prescribed medical treatments.

For any questions you may have, please call Regina Celeste and speak with her personally…Regina Celeste will typically respond within 24 hours.

  • Avoid hot tubs, steam rooms, sweaty exercise, and submerging the tattoo in water for the first 10 days. Avoid direct sunlight or tanning beds for 2 weeks after the tattoo. Avoid putting makeup on the area for the first week. Avoid facials, chemical peels, or microdermabrasion *over your procedure for 4 weeks.
Avoid heavy sweating and exercise which prompts sweat glands to secret perspiration for the first 14 days.

  • The initial procedure will generally take approximately 2 ½ to 3
hours. We have to records to establish, photographs to take, desired
design and color to discuss, the actual tattoo procedure to perform
as well as the aftercare requirements to discuss.

Follow up or color refresher procedures usually take 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

  • A yearly retouch is common on Microblading because the pigment is placed more superficially than any other tattoo service. Other services such as Lip Blushing, Eyelash Enhancement, Powder Brows and Eyeliner will last longer, up to three years.
However, it is important to note that if you let your Permanent Make up go without a touch up for 3 to 5 years the procedure is not considered a “retouch”, at that point, your skin has lost much of the definitive pigment; your artist will be designing a new creative design and, the cost for your service will not be considered a retouch.

  • Individuals with Diabetes

It is important that your condition is stable and under control. Please consult with your physician and provide us with a doctor's note.

    Individuals with Thyroid Condition

The color of your brows can fade faster when taken with certain thyroid medications.

    Individuals with Glaucoma

The risk of developing an eye infection is higher.

    Individuals with High Blood Pressure

Your blood pressure has to be at a stable condition. You may have slightly greater bleeding than the norm. Excessive bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results.

Individuals that have any uncertainty regarding their pre-existing conditions, or are under the supervision of a physician, please consult with your doctor before booking an appointment and provide us with a doctor's note.

    Eligible Based on Individual Cases

Individuals with a dark pre-existing eyebrow tattoo or permanent makeup
The tattoo or permanent makeup must be light enough for us to draw hair strokes. We ask anyone with a previous eyebrow tattoo to send us an email to regina@reginaceleste.com with a picture of their eyebrows with no makeup on, so we can evaluate.

Individuals who are allergic to lidocaine or epinephrine

Our most used anesthetic is lidocaine and epinephrine so if you are allergic to it, we will not be able to use it during the procedure; however, you will still have an option to proceed but without a numbing agent to reduce the pain.

    Individuals with oily skin

Those with very oily skin are ineligible for microblading. Powder brows are recommended for this skin type. Those with less oily or combination skin may consider a combination of microblading and powder effect, known as combo brows. We have a blog all about microblading solutions for oily skin if this applies to you. Our Master Artist will ultimately decide if they can perform microblading on your skin.

Individuals that are prone to cold sores

If you are prone to cold sores, lip blushing may result in an outbreak and cause loss of pigment. You must start taking antiviral medication, prescribed by your doctor and NOT over the counter, 48 hours prior to treatment to prevent an outbreak.

  • Individuals under 18 years of age

We cannot Microblade anyone under 18 years of age, even with parental consent.

Women who are pregnant or nursing

As the body is going through hormonal changes, it is more prone to infections. Your skin may change and results can be unpredictable.

Individuals with Pacemakers or major heart problems

We use epinephrine, as a numbing agent, that can increase your heart rate possibly causing dysrhythmias.
Individuals with viral infections and/or diseases

The risk of developing an infection is higher in people with compromised immune systems.

    Individuals with Lupus

The risk of developing an infection is higher in people with compromised immune system.

Individuals who have undergone Organ Transplant

The risk of developing an infection is higher in people with compromised immune systems.

Individuals with any kind of skin condition on or near the treatment area

Eczema, dermatitis, rosacea, psoriasis, or any one of these skin conditions may compromise the surface and texture of the skin. Procedures performed on skin with these types of conditions may have subpar results.

Individuals who are allergic to metal and color

We use small needles and pigments that can contain some metals and colorant, so allergy can be a show stopper.

    Individuals prone to keloids

Since permanent makeup punctures the skin, there is always a risk for people that are prone to keloids to heal with keloids scaring

    Individuals who used Accutane

Accutane alters the skin and makes it thin, dry, and sensitive. It also weakens your immune system. For those reasons you'll need to one year after your Accutane treatment is completed and your skin is back to its normal state.

Eligible With Doctor Clearance and Note

    Individuals undergoing chemotherapy
Although permanent makeup is great for enhancing your look, we require a doctor’s note in order to perform the procedure for anyone undergoing chemotherapy. Once you're cleared from your oncologist we can book your appointment. Permanent makeup is a great solution for cancer survivors.
