88 Kirkland Salon collects information you provide when you join our head spa waitlist, contact us, or book an appointment. This may include your name, email address, phone number, preferred appointment day, messages, booking details, and information you choose to provide on intake forms.

We use this information to respond to inquiries, manage the waitlist, arrange and provide appointments, and send information related to your bookings. If you separately opt in to marketing emails or text messages, we also use your contact information to send updates, availability announcements, and offers from 88 Kirkland Salon. Joining the waitlist or booking an appointment does not require you to agree to marketing messages.

Our website, booking, email, and messaging providers—including Squarespace and Acuity Scheduling—process information on our behalf to help us provide these services. We do not sell your mobile number or share your SMS marketing consent with third parties for their own marketing.

If you opt in to SMS marketing, we may keep your mobile number, opt-in status and date, and interactions with our messages. You can stop marketing texts at any time by replying STOP to a message. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in an email.
